Job Role: We're in search of a dedicated and compassionate Med/Surg RN who's passionate about providing outstanding patient care and is eager to embrace the unique experiences that come with travel nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Documenting patient care consistently and accurately.
- Educating patients and families about health conditions and medications.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Sorian EMR experience - Preferred
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient safety.
