- Education Requirements: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
- Certifications Requirements: Valid RN license for Minnesota; CPR certification; BLS certification
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in long-term care or related settings; experience with elderly patient populations preferred; familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible shifts (days and nights); strong communication and interpersonal skills; physical ability to perform patient care tasks; ability to adapt to varying schedules and environments
