Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in a critical access hospital setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Manage care for patients in both the Emergency Department and Long Term Care settings as needed.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and maintain detailed patient records.
• Respond to emergency health situations with speed, efficiency, and calm professionalism.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion practices.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Montana.
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in emergency room and long term care settings.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
