Job Description: Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team and gain valuable experience in a top-tier medical facility.
Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures
- Review and interpret physician orders
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Adhere to facility protocols and regulatory requirements
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI
- Valid state licensure in Pennsylvania
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum of 1-2 years of MRI experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills with MRI equipment
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
