Job Description:
- Float between three healthcare locations to provide high-quality patient care
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and educate patients and families on their care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records in compliance with policies
- Support and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of New Hampshire or compact state
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Med/Surg RN experience
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Willingness to float across three locations as needed
