Travel Float Med/Surg RN (13 Weeks) - Keene, NH
Applicants must live 50+ miles from Keene to qualify

This role offers the opportunity to float across three different locations, providing diverse experiences and professional growth in a dynamic environment. Job Description:

  • Float between three healthcare locations to provide high-quality patient care
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and educate patients and families on their care
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain records in compliance with policies
  • Support and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of New Hampshire or compact state
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Med/Surg RN experience
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Willingness to float across three locations as needed
