Job Requirements
  • Education Requirements: Valid RN license from the state of Nebraska or applicable Compact State
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS and ACLS certification
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience
  • Other Requirements: Strong clinical skills, ability to work flexible shifts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced hospital environments

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality Med Surg nursing care to diverse patient populations in a hospital setting
  • Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols
  • Document patient care activities accurately and maintain detailed medical records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
