Job Description
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine assessments.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and patients to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on health care plans, recovery, and post-treatment care.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients effectively.
Education and Certification Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Vermont or compact state license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
