Connected Health Care is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Med Surg RN for a rewarding 13-week assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. If you're passionate about providing exceptional patient care while exploring new opportunities, this position is perfect for you!

Job Description:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Education + Certification Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Indiana (or compact state license).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
