Job Description:

• Provide high-quality patient care on a Med/Surg unit, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and resources.

Requirements:

• Education: ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• License: Active RN license in the state of New York (or compact license).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Med/Surg setting preferred.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; additional certifications (e.g., Med/Surg) are a plus.
