Job Description
As a Travel Med/Surg Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and assessing patients with complex health issues using telemetry equipment.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Coordinating patient care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Educating patients and families on post-hospital care plans.
• Documenting patient progress and updating records accurately.
• Responding to rapid changes in patient conditions and initiating emergency protocols when necessary.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active RN license in New Jersey (or compact license with NJ acceptance).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg and telemetry experience preferred.
