- Education Requirements: Valid Nursing License (KY/Compact RN License)
- Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, EKG test, Valid Drivers License
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry, Level I or II Trauma experience required
- Other Requirements: Strong telemetry interpretation skills, ability to adapt to fast-paced environment, reliable, team-oriented, resilient

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical-surgical care to patients in a Level II Trauma Center, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Interpret tele strips and monitor patient vital signs, promptly addressing any abnormalities or changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Care View/EPIC systems, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
- Assist with float assignments across inpatient units as needed, supporting hospital staffing needs and maintaining flexibility.
