Mobile Nurse Practitioner – Travel Assignment (Green Bay, WI)
13-Week Contract | $3,150 /Week | Start ASAP!

We are currently seeking a dedicated Mobile Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a 13-week travel assignment in Green Bay, WI. This is a rewarding opportunity to work independently while delivering high-quality wound care to patients in a mobile setting. If you're an experienced NP with a passion for wound management, we want to hear from you!

Position Highlights:

  • 13-week contract assignment

  • Competitive pay: Up to $3,150/week

  • Mobile position – travel to patient homes or care facilities

  • Mileage reimbursement provided

  • Weekly direct deposit

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized wound care in a mobile environment

  • Treat a variety of wounds, including:

  • Amniotic wound care

  • Diabetic foot ulcers

  • Pressure ulcers

  • Venous and arterial ulcers

  • Surgical wounds

  • Traumatic wounds

  • Chronic wounds

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

  • Maintain thorough documentation of patient care

  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound care best practices

    Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (IL or compact)

  • Minimum of 2 years of wound care experience as an NP

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education & Certifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Nursing

  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C or FNP-BC)

  • Wound care certification (WOCN, WCC, or similar) preferred
