Travel Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Milwaukee, WI – Up to $3,150/Week!

Connected Health Care, one of the nation's top healthcare staffing firms, is seeking a Travel Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an exciting opportunity in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This 13-week contract offers competitive pay and a great work-life balance with a 5x8s schedule.

Whether you’re a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), or simply an experienced Locum Tenens NP, this role could be the perfect next step in your travel healthcare career.

Position Highlights:

  • Location: Milwaukee, WI

  • Contract Length: 13 weeks

  • Schedule: 5x8s (Monday through Friday)

  • Pay: Up to $3,150 per week

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Setting: Outpatient/clinic-based environment

  • Travel and housing stipends included (if applicable)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests

  • Prescribe medications and develop patient care plans

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

  • Educate patients on wellness and preventive care

  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted RN and NP license in the state of Wisconsin (or compact license eligible)

  • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

  • Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or equivalent

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications

  • Minimum 1 year of NP experience (prior travel experience preferred but not required)
