Mobile Nurse Practitioner – Travel Assignment (Milwaukee, WI)
13-Week Contract | $3,150 /Week | Start ASAP!
We are currently seeking a dedicated Mobile Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a 13-week travel assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a rewarding opportunity to work independently while delivering high-quality wound care to patients in a mobile setting. If you're an experienced NP with a passion for wound management, we want to hear from you!
Position Highlights:

13-week contract assignment

Competitive pay: Up to $3,150/week

Mobile position – travel to patient homes or care facilities
-
Mileage reimbursement provided
-
Weekly direct deposit
Responsibilities:
-
Deliver specialized wound care in a mobile environment
-
Treat a variety of wounds, including:
-
Amniotic wound care
-
Diabetic foot ulcers
-
Pressure ulcers
-
Venous and arterial ulcers
-
Surgical wounds
-
Traumatic wounds
-
Chronic wounds
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
-
Maintain thorough documentation of patient care
-
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care best practices
Requirements:
-
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (WI or compact)
-
Minimum of 2 years of wound care experience as an NP
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education & Certifications:
-
Master’s degree or higher in Nursing
-
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP-C or FNP-BC)
-
Wound care certification (WOCN, WCC, or similar) preferred
