Job Description:
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging and therapeutic procedures.
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals while following safety protocols.
- Operate nuclear medicine equipment to capture accurate images.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to analyze results.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Ensure quality control standards are met consistently.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related field.
- ARRT or NMTCB certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Active and valid state licensure in New York (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, with travel experience preferred.
