Travel Nurse (RN) - Nursing Home/LTC
Job Description
Connected Health Care is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Travel Nurse (RN) to join our client's team at a Nursing Home/LTC facility located near Luverne, MN. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide quality care to patients while also exploring a new and exciting location.
Job Description:
- Provide patient care in a Nursing Home/LTC facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and disease management
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Nursing Home/LTC setting
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
