Job Description:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient outcomes
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor vital signs per physician’s orders
• Educate and support patients’ families, helping them understand treatment plans and care instructions
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and provide leadership in crisis scenarios

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in Maryland or compact state license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Pediatric Emergency Room nursing
