Job Description:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve their physical abilities and quality of life.
• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification: Current Vermont Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
• Other: CPR/BLS certification required.
