This is a fantastic opportunity to gain travel experience while enhancing your skills in a vibrant and supportive environment.
Job Description:
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve their physical abilities and quality of life.
- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification: Current Vermont Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
- Other: CPR/BLS certification required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to develop individualized patient care plans and make modifications as needed.
- A passion for providing quality patient care and a dedication to achieving measurable results.
