Travel Physical Therapist (Home Health) Position
Up to $2240/week
13-26 weeks / Field PT position / Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on assessment, evaluation, and treatment of functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and medical history, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and functional abilities, including range of motion, strength, balance, and gait analysis.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, safety precautions, and home exercise programs to facilitate recovery and promote independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, communicate progress, and ensure continuity of services.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home health or related setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
