Job Description:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote recovery and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment interventions.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Louisiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Contract Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,400 based on experience
