Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist - Milwaukee, WI

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift Availability: Day Shifts

Job Description:

  • Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient mobility and function
  • Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises, injury prevention, and self-care techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure
  • Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Excellent clinical skills, communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach
