Your Role:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine treatment plans.
• Develop and implement effective physical therapy programs.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Provide excellent patient education and support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years current PT experience 
• Outpatient Ortho experience
• Previous travel experience – Highly Preferred
• EPIC and Expro experience - Preferred
• NH license must be in hand at profile upload
