Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our client's dynamic team in Brattleboro, Vermont for a 13-week assignment. Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Vermont Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure).
• APTA membership preferred but not required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
