Connected Health Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Grass Valley, California. This opportunity includes guaranteed hours, a supportive clinical team, and the chance to explore one of Northern California’s most charming towns.
Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with physical therapy needs in an inpatient or outpatient setting

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to provide excellent care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:

Active California Physical Therapist license
-
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

BLS certification required
-
Previous travel or rehab experience preferred
