Travel Physical Therapist – Contract Opportunity | Competitive Weekly Pay up to $2,550
Location: Near Bremerton, WA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Setting: Onsite
Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment with one of our valued healthcare partners near Bremerton, WA. Position Overview:
Join a collaborative team environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You’ll be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a variety of conditions while working alongside other experienced healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Administer therapy interventions to improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength
-
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
-
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
-
Document all patient interactions and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
-
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure cohesive care
Qualifications:
-
Active Washington state PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
-
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
-
Current CPR/BLS certification
-
Prior experience in outpatient, acute, or rehab settings preferred
-
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and time management skills
Compensation + Benefits:

Weekly pay up to $2,550 based on experience
