- Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of outpatient rehabilitation experience; experience working with diverse age groups; prior travel therapy experience preferred
- Other Requirements: Ability to pass a background check; excellent communication skills; flexibility to adapt to different clinical settings

Job Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Assess patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and modify interventions based on patient progress and needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and accurate documentation of treatment provided.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and ongoing care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records.
