Job Description:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities, exercise programs, and manual techniques.
• Collaborate with patients to plan and implement effective therapy strategies.
• Assess patient progress and adapt treatments as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families on continued care and therapies to promote health, wellness, and injury prevention.
• Document patient care and progress comprehensively in the patient's health record.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Work cooperatively with other healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Proven experience as a Physical Therapist in various clinical settings.
• Excellent knowledge of therapy techniques and diagnostic methods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate patients and manage time effectively.
