Connected Health is excited to partner with Pleasant View Nursing Home, one of our most trusted long-term care partners, to offer an exceptional Travel Registered Nurse (RN) contract opportunity in Monroe, Wisconsin.

Position Details:

  • Role: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Location: Pleasant View Nursing Home – Monroe, WI

  • Schedule: 3x12 Night Shift

  • Weekends: Rotating weekends required

  • Contract Type: Travel/Temporary Assignment

  • Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

About the Opportunity:

As a Travel RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care, supporting residents with skilled clinical expertise, and collaborating closely with an experienced interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering direct patient care in a long-term care setting

  • Conducting assessments and documenting resident conditions

  • Administering medications and treatments per facility protocols

  • Working collaboratively with nursing staff, CNAs, and leadership

  • Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

  • Supporting continuity of care across rotating weekend shifts

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Wisconsin or compact)

  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (LTC/SNF experience preferred)

  • Current BLS certification

  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
