Travel RN (Registered Nurse) – Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care | Waukesha, Wisconsin

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Accurately document nursing interventions, patient progress, and communication with families

  • Ensure compliance with facility protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory guidelines

  • Support residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition

Qualifications

  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin or compact state eligibility

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing, LTC, or similar care environment

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – AHA preferred

  • COVID-19 vaccination may be required based on facility policy

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
