Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting 13-week assignment in Mesa, AZ. Join a highly regarded healthcare team and make a significant impact while experiencing the beauty of Arizona's East Valley.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional patient care to critically ill or injured patients in the ICU.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient vitals and progress.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes.
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience (travel nursing experience is a plus).
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required).
- CCRN certification (preferred).
