Job Description: As a Travel Med Surg RN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Care: Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the Med Surg unit.
• Assessment: Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and update medical records.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Education: Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatments, and recovery plans.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Education and Certification Requirements: To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO ANY MED SURG UNIT
• 2 years EXP
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion STRONGLY REQUIRED
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred 
• BLS and ACLS
• Must be willin goto work Thanksgiving holiday including Friday and weekend after 
• State License
