Job Description:

As a RN, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation and care of patients recovering from medical procedures and surgeries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Ensuring compliance with medical protocols and best practices.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• ACLS
• BLS
• State License or Compact 
• 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required
• may float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
