Position: Local Contract Registered Nurse (Home Health)

Location: Taos, New Mexico

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Max Weekly Pay: $1800

Job Description:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive home health nursing care to patients in their residences.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound care as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and self-care techniques.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in home health or a related clinical setting.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS may be preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
