Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage a caseload of patients with various medical conditions, ensuring individualized care plans are followed.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning, offering guidance on health management and recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
