Travel RN – Home Health Position

San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | Up to $60/hr

We’re seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to deliver outstanding home health care to patients across South and West San Antonio, TX. If you’re ready to provide one-on-one nursing in a flexible travel role, we want to hear from you! Full-time and PRN positions available.

Enjoy daytime hours (5x8s) and the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of your patients—all while working with a supportive and dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care within patient homes

  • Perform assessments and monitor health changes

  • Administer medications and manage treatments

  • Educate patients and caregivers on care routines

  • Coordinate with care teams and document patient progress

  • Ensure compliance with home health protocols and regulations

Qualifications

  • Active Texas RN license or Compact License

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse

  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

  • Strong communication and independent decision-making skills

Education & Certifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
