Home Health Travel RN – PRN
San Antonio, TX | Day Shifts | Up to $60/hr
Looking to join a home health team that values flexibility and purpose? We’re hiring a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to serve patients in South and West San Antonio. This is a travel nursing opportunity with PRN flexibility.
Our nurses work day shifts (5x8s) and deliver individualized care that helps patients recover and thrive in their own homes.
What You’ll Do

Provide direct nursing services in patients’ homes

Conduct evaluations and adapt care plans as needed

Administer treatments and handle wound care
-
Support and educate families on clinical care

Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards
-
Communicate with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements
-
TX RN license or compact state equivalent
-
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health preferred)
-
Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
-
Ability to work independently and compassionately
Educational Background
-
Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing
-
Current BLS certification
