Home Health Travel RN – PRN

San Antonio, TX | Day Shifts | Up to $60/hr

Looking to join a home health team that values flexibility and purpose? We’re hiring a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to serve patients in South and West San Antonio. This is a travel nursing opportunity with PRN flexibility.

Our nurses work day shifts (5x8s) and deliver individualized care that helps patients recover and thrive in their own homes.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct nursing services in patients’ homes

  • Conduct evaluations and adapt care plans as needed

  • Administer treatments and handle wound care

  • Support and educate families on clinical care

  • Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards

  • Communicate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

  • TX RN license or compact state equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (home health preferred)

  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation

  • Ability to work independently and compassionately

Educational Background

  • Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing

  • Current BLS certification
