Your Role: As a Registered Nurse (NICU) in Springfield, you'll have the incredible opportunity to provide specialized care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the well-being of premature and critically ill infants through expert nursing care.
• Monitoring vital signs and administering medications as required.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver the highest quality care.
• Providing guidance and support to parents during their newborns' hospital stay.
• Upholding best practices in neonatal nursing to optimize patient outcomes.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN/ASN) from an accredited institution.
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Preferred NICU certification, but not required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to the well-being of neonatal patients and their families.
