Day or Night Shift | 3x12s | 36 Hours/Week
Up to $65/hr DOE
Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse to join a respected Skilled Care Unit within a Critical Access Hospital in Illinois. This facility is known for exceptional patient-centered care, strong teamwork, and a supportive leadership structure—making it an ideal assignment for a traveler who thrives in a close-knit, rural hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to Skilled Care and transitional care patients.

Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
-
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
-
Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
-
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
-
Support quality and safety initiatives throughout the unit.
Qualifications
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Illinois or Compact.
-
Minimum 1 year of Skilled Care, LTC, Med/Surg, or Acute Care RN experience required.
-
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
-
Excellent communication, professionalism, and adaptability in a CAH environment.
Certifications

BLS – Required
-
ACLS – Preferred
-
Additional facility-specific competencies may be required prior to start.
