Job Description:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting, conducting assessments, administering medications, and managing critical cases.
• Perform triage to determine treatment priority and offer immediate care for patients experiencing acute illness or injury.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to monitor patient vitals, manage treatment responses, and deliver emergency interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort by adhering to hospital policies, infection control measures, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete documentation in accordance with facility policies.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Current RN license valid in the State of Montana.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a patient-centered approach.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
