Job Description:

• Provide high-quality care to patients in the emergency department, including triaging and managing critical and non-critical cases.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and assess conditions, making quick decisions to ensure the best outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information, assessments, and interventions using Epic EMR.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• WI RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Epic EMR charting experience required.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years of Emergency Department (ED) experience required.
• Experience in handling high-acuity cases, trauma, and critical situations.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills in an emergency department setting.
