Job Description:

• Provide exceptional patient care to critically ill or injured patients in the ICU.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient vitals and progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona or compact license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience (travel nursing experience is a plus).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required).
• CCRN certification (preferred).
