Job Description
As a Travel Rehab RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Administer medications and monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and at-home care plans
• Ensure a safe, positive, and healing environment for all patients

Education and Certification Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma (or compact license)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or med/surg setting
