Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients in a home health setting.
• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and strategies to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations and professional standards.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Massachusetts.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in speech-language pathology, preferably in a home health setting.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
