Travel Scrub Tech - Day Shift

Location: Redding, California

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Travel Scrub Tech with Open Heart experience to join our client's surgical team near Redding, California. If you're a skilled Scrub Tech looking for a new travel opportunity, we want to connect with you!

Job Description:

• Assist the surgical team during procedures, with a focus on Open Heart surgeries.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, instruments, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and procedure efficiency.
• Ensure proper handling of specimens and supplies.
• Participate in pre- and post-operative care and assessments.

Education & Certification Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of Scrub Tech experience, with at least 1 year in Open Heart surgeries.
• Previous travel experience preferred but not required.
