Travel Sleep Technologist – Must Live 65+ Miles from Shreveport, LA
Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled Travel Sleep Technologist for an exciting 13-week assignment in Shreveport, Louisiana. We are a premier recruitment and staffing firm, and this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sleep Technologist to partner with a top-tier healthcare facility.

Job Description:
- Perform overnight sleep studies (polysomnography) to diagnose sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and insomnia.
- Monitor and document sleep patterns and respiratory activities during sleep studies.
- Utilize specialized medical equipment to record vital signs, brain waves, and muscle activity during patient sleep.
- Interpret and analyze test results in collaboration with physicians.
- Provide patient education on sleep disorders and treatment plans.
- Ensure proper setup, maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sleep studies preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
