Your Role as a Travel Surgical Technologist (CVOR), you will play a pivotal role in the surgical team, ensuring the highest standard of patient care. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

• Meticulously preparing and setting up the operating room for cardiovascular procedures.
• Assisting surgeons by efficiently passing instruments and supplies.
• Maintaining a sterile environment and sterilizing equipment as required.
• Collaborating seamlessly with the surgical team to ensure safe and effective procedures.
• Offering crucial support during surgeries, such as open-heart procedures, vascular surgeries, and more.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• 2 years experience - Required
• CARDIAC experience - Required
• NBSTSA - Required
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Profound knowledge of CVOR procedures and protocols.
