Travel Ultrasound Technologist in Coquille, OR

Compensation: Up to $2,800/week based on experience

Job Description:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and produce images for interpretation by physicians.
• Ensure the proper positioning of patients to obtain the best diagnostic results.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and maintain imaging equipment in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Provide compassionate patient care and explain procedures to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hospital policies.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
• Certification:
  • Current ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification.
  • Current and unrestricted Ultrasound Technologist license in Oregon.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
