Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm specializing in healthcare travel opportunities, is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Critical Access Hospital located near Unionville, Missouri. This is a great opportunity for a skilled nurse who thrives in rural medicine and enjoys the variety and autonomy that comes with critical access settings.

Position Details:

  • Specialties: Med Surg and Emergency Room (ER)

  • Shifts: 3x12s, Night Shift

  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital

  • Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, occasional Peds

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in both Med Surg and ER settings

  • Handle admissions, triage, and emergencies with autonomy and critical thinking

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care

  • Document thoroughly and maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Active RN License – MO or Compact

  • BLS & ACLS – Required

  • TNCC and PALS – Preferred

  • Minimum 1-2 years recent experience in both Med Surg and ER

  • Previous rural or critical access hospital experience a plus
