Shifts: Day & Night Available | 3x12s or 4x12s

Job Description:

Provide high-quality patient care in a rural Critical Access setting

Float between departments including Med-Surg, ER, and potentially outpatient care

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-
Demonstrate adaptability and confidence in resource-limited environments
Qualifications:

Active RN license (must be eligible or licensed in South Dakota)
-
BLS certification required
-
ACLS, PALS, and TNCC preferred (or willing to obtain prior to start)
-
Minimum 1 year of hospital experience; prior experience in critical access or rural settings strongly preferred
-
Strong assessment, triage, and multitasking skills
